The South Point Hotel & Casino is located on Las Vegas Blvd., at the southern end of the strip. The property sits adjacent to the I-15 Interstate highway which runs from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and north to Salt Lake City.

The Main Exhibit Hall utilizes 30,000 square feet of the main exhibition hall and has both dock height doors and surface level drive-in ramps for access to the main floor.

The Indoor Arena is a total of 80,000 square feet with 4400 seats and a 30,000 square foot arena floor. The arena is directly connected to the exhibit hall.

The indoor Swap area is a 24,000 square foot enclosed space on ground level and has garage door access to the outdoor track area.

The Outdoor Track utilizes over 90,000 square feet of paved parking surface. The Pit area sits directly adjacent to the paved track area and will be secured by fencing.

The Trophy Kart Oval will be constructed out of the dirt used in the arena for horse and motorcycle competitions.
