For exhibitors, this is where interested customers will converge to gain as much knowledge as possible about the different racing options, the newest equipment and where to race.

With the backing of a professional exhibition and event organizer, there are many ways to reach your potential customers during this three-day event.

Even with so much on the schedule, the emphasis will be on the exhibitor and the exhibit hall. From the live broadcasts to the food court, we plan on focusing the customer’s attention back into the building whenever possible.

Because of the outdoor track venue, this is actually a unique benefit for exhibitors who wish to demonstrate products and equipment. We will be making track time available for exhibitors to show and sell.

Show hours will work in conjunction with the special events, giving exhibitors ample time for customer interaction. At the same time, exhibitors will be encouraged to network the outdoor events and utilize the available tools to capture customer information and define “next step” processes to turn prospects into sales.

In the center of the exhibit hall exhibitors will find a free presentation stage known as the “Cooking” Stage where they will be able to schedule technical sessions and utilize the state-of-the-art video equipment and large monitors to allow the audience to follow along with highly detailed discussions with the 20 seat audience.

The free stage time will be available to paid exhibitors in 20 minute blocks on a first-come, first-served basis.

All paid exhibitors will be given free listings in the online show portal which will include links to websites and contact information. This portal will remain active for 11 months after the show is over.
