This is your personalized online exhibitor manual. Your username and password allows you access to all of the details you will need to know about your participation in the PKE2010 event. Please take a moment to review the full event schedule, your move-in details and most importantly, the rules which all exhibitors must abide by.
Important Note:
Show management working with our sponsors and our newest partner the South Point Event Center have been adjusting many features of the event to make sure it delivers the best possible experience for both the exhibitors and attendees. The schedule has been modified to meet the revised program. Updates will posted daily on our news page.
Clicking On Your Exhibit Details
By clicking on your link on the Exhibitors page, you will see specific pages of information that you have either submitted or need to submit in order for us to handle your exhibiting needs. When you elect a service, a rental item or a promotional option, your personal account page will have a confirmation of receipt posted within 24 hours that keeps track of everything you have requested and paid for. These pages are exclusive to your username and password and cannot be seen by any other exhibitor.
The Onsite Exhibitor Service Center
In addition to this virtual exhibitor portal, we will have a complete Service Center at the back of the exhibit hall that will have counters for the major services and departments required to manage the show. Qualified staff will be present to help you with any additional needs. Please remember, that we will not have endless inventory of furnishings, floor coverings or other elective items so you will want to be sure to reserve your items in advance to guarantee their availability.
Promoting Yourself
You will also see a section that asks for your company’s description, staff names and any VIP guests. Completing this means your description will display in the official Go Racing print Directory and your exhibitor badges will be produced in advance and waiting in the Exhibitor Will-Call area.
