Official Move-In Schedule
Exhibitor Check-in Will Open At 8am On Thursday, February 4, 2010
All official items and exhibitors will start their move-in on Thursday, February 4, 2010. This includes:

• Track Installation
• Timing and Scoring Systems
• Perimeter Fencing
• Large Vehicle Transports
• All Swap furnishings, floor coverings and fixtures
• Main Entrance banners, signs and promotional vehicles
• Broadcast equipment, cabling and upload links
• Exhibitor Service Desk
• Exhibit Hall Pipe & Drape
• Exhibitor advance order floor covering
• Attendee Registration Area
• All Interior Hanging Signs
• Attendee Access Control Points
• All Exhibitor Move-in from 10am to 8pm
• Transport vehicles will be allowed on the show floor for the period of time necessary to deliver or pickup display items. Vehicles remaining on the floor must follow the fuel and power rules set by the Clark County Fire Department
• Exhibitor electrical service will be installed
• Advance Attendee and Indoor Competitor Registration will start at 3pm
• Loading docks are available and forklift service may be reserved in the Exhibitor Service Center if you have not pre-reserved a time slot
• Exhibitors and sponsors with permission to place banners inside the arena or along the exterior fences may do so during move-in. Large banner installation requiring rigging or lifts will need to be scheduled in the Exhibitor Service Center
• All lead retrieval systems will be distributed from the Exhibitor Service Center
• Exhibit Floor Managers will review all displays for rules enforcement during move-in
• After 6pm no delivery vehicles will be allowed into the exhibit hall and deliveries must be made by kart or hand carry

Friday, February 5, 2010

• Registration and the Exhibitor Service Center will open at 7am and remain open until 5pm
• Exhibitors may access the exhibitor floor starting a 8:00am
• Show hours are 9am to 5pm
• Indoor Racing Practice and Heats will begin at 9:30am (see separate competitor schedule)
• Educational session schedule to be posted in the registration area
• The indoor arena will open to the public at 6:30pm

Saturday, February 6, 2010

• Registration and the Exhibitor Service Center will open at 8am and remain open until 5pm
• Exhibitors may access the exhibitor floor starting a 8:00am
• Show hours are 9am to 5pm
• Educational session schedule to be posted in the registration area

Sunday, February 7, 2010

• Registration and the Exhibitor Service Center will open at 8am
• Exhibitors may access the exhibitor floor starting a 8:00am
• Show hours are 9am to 4pm
• Educational sessions and exterior competition schedule to be posted in the registration area
• Exhibitor Service Center will remain open until 7pm
• Exhibitor Move-out will begin at 4pm and no exhibitor may start dismantle prior to that time
• Kart Swap will be open for item removal starting at 1pm
• “Big Game” party will start at 4:00pm with details to be posted in the registration area
• Display transport vehicles will be allowed on the floor immediately following the removal of the isle carpet
