Exhibitor Move-in
Standard exhibitor move-in will begin on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at 8am. You must be registered and you will be required to wear your exhibitor badge at all times while anywhere on the event site. You will need to be completed by 6pm.

Union Neutral Property
The beautiful South Point Event Center is one of the only “Union Neutral” facilities on Las Vegas Blvd. In the tradeshow capital of North America (if not the world), this is a unique benefit for exhibitors at PKE2010. This feature means that you can drive directly on to the exhibit floor and unload, setup and dismantle your own display.

For PKE2010 we have a number of options for deliveries.

• Advance Freight Delivery - If you have exhibit goods you would like to ship in advance of the move-in date we have arranged an advance freight warehouse that can accept your goods and make arrangements to deliver your property to the exhibit hall for setup. If you have freight that requires customs clearance please contact us to make arrangements to accept your shipment. Contact us for the delivery location and the additional delivery fees.
• Floor Delivery - As a true exhibit hall there is a full loading area and an oversized surface ramp that will accommodate large trucks, transports and trailers that can be driven directly onto the floor.
• Loading Docks - For domestic just-in-time deliveries, we have loading docks. For large, heavy loads we will have forklift available for rent in 30 minute increments.

Swap Consignment - Individuals will be able to deliver products to the swap for consignment to the Las Vegas Kart Club starting on Thursday afternoon. For dealers intending to display a volume of “used” or “demo” products and not consign them to the LVKC you must register and notify us of your table needs in advance. Setup will take place on Thursday afternoon.

Remember, when you create your own swap marketplace, you will be required to staff and handle your own transactions. Clark County Tax Documents will be available in the Exhibitor Service Center.

Electrical Service and Internet Access
The South Point Exhibit Hall is equipped with electrical power which must be purchased from the hotel. You may use our online forms to secure your power needs. At no time will gas driven electric generators be allowed to operate as an alternative within the indoor space of the South Point Hotel or Event Center.

Wireless and Wired Internet access is available for a fee from the exclusive South Point Event Center vendor. You may choose to use your own cellular modem service at no additional charge anywhere in the non-gaming areas of the hotel. If you require Internet access within your exhibit space, please use the online order form or you may sign up for this at the Exhibitor Service Center during move-in.
